I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2016 Ford F-150 from United Auto Group. As a single mom with two young kids, buying a vehicle can feel overwhelming, but the entire team made the process easy and stress-free.A huge thank you to Romero, who was honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and, more importantly, followed through after the sale by making sure the repairs that were discussed were completed and that the truck was in great working order.I’d also like to recognize Daniel, who personally delivered the truck to me after the repairs were finished. That level of customer service and convenience meant a lot and really showed that they stand behind their vehicles and care about their customers even after the paperwork is signed.It’s rare to find a dealership that follows through on its promises, but United Auto Group exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service I received. Mr. Romero was so helpful and kind to us. We bought out of state and he picked us up from the airport and kindly offered to get us food. The truck we bought from him is perfect and runs well. Highly recommend!
