An absolute gem of a business! I've bought 2 cars through them and as a young woman still learning about credit, banks, cars, etc. I feel very supported by these folks and their efforts! Vic can find the perfect car for anyone, Brandon makes the process smooth and easy to understand, Hunter put on my license plate just to be kind! Can't thank these guys enough:)

Vic was amazing! He made the process easy for me, was very professional and took his time to answer all of my questions and completely explain everything thoroughly. I was able to get financed and drive of in a car within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a quality pre-owned vehicle.

United Auto was a relaxed, professional, easy place to work with on the purchase of our car. It’s clear to me that they are a strong team, that they communicate well with each other and everyone was consistent with what they had to say and offer to us. I recommend this business and sure would return in a quick minute to do business with them if we needed to.

I can't say I was looking forward to getting an emissions test or going to an auto dealer and the people at United Auto make you feel like you've entered some magical land where kindness matters, personality is rewarded and a sense of humor is a good thing. A $17 emissions test experience may seem inconsequential, but if that's how they treat the people that come in for that service I'd bet everything else they do is customer-centered.

Daniel was extremely patient with my grandma in every step of the way of her buying a car. Just so kind, informative, helpful, and fast! Thank you to Daniel and the mechanic as well for both being extremelyyy kind. They honestly work like a well oiled machine all the people who work at United auto group were doing so many different parts/jobs to help each other so that you can get on your way faster to your new car. I just took my grandma in to help sign paperwork and get the keys but was amazed by the service provided every step of the way, definitely definitely worth purchasing from ☺️
