Where can I start! This is my second time coming here and both times they have been very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to get you the best deal available. Even if you have any concerns with your car they will gladly inspect and fix any issues within the warranty they provide. I worked with Hunter who was able to answer many questions about the 2016 F-150 I purchased from here. The test drive was great and everything seemed fine with the truck. A couple of days after the purchase the transmission started shifting weird and felt like it was stuck in third (check engine and wrench light on). I hooked up my scanner and found a code for the output speed sensor. I took it back, and spoke with Jeff (shop manager) they checked the harness for the sensor and noticed it was loose. Re-tightened it, cleared the code and told me if it happens again call right away. Two days later it happened again, took it in and they said they would order the parts to fix the problem. (Required the transmission pan to be dropped to replace the sensor.) The part was on back order for over a month but kept constant communication with me on any updates, but after about 12 days I told them I could not wait longer. Afif (owner) stepped in and offered another solution (aftermarket sensor, not genuine Ford) in which I agreed to. Got a call the next day, stating they installed new part did a test drive and everything is working smoothly. The truck is ready for pick up. That was August of 2024, it is now December 2024 and I have had no issues with my truck! A huge thanks to all the guys at United Auto for the communication and being able to answer my questions and concerns.
